Mindset is everything and it governs every decision and action we make. One of the most provocative aspects of Dweck’s work is what it says about our approach to challenges. In a fixed mindset, you avoid challenging situations that might lead to failure because success depends upon protecting and promoting your set of fixed qualities and concealing your deficiencies.

With a growth mindset, you focus on learning and development rather than failure and actively pursue the types of challenges that will likely lead to both learning and failure. The distinction between fixed and growth mindsets has tremendous implications — as individuals and organizations — for how we address the growing pressures around us.This course intends to help participants explore the Mindset Paradox, understand the distinctive differences between Fixed and Growth Mindset. Participants will be guided to cultivate a growth mindset to counter stress and achieve success.

She works with clients to build up their organisations’ capabilities through different intervention methods such as LEGO Experiential Learning, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Coaching, Mentoring, etc.

She previously headed a Human Resource division in the F&B industry. Her creativity in Learning and Organization Development resulted in securing millions of funding from Government Agencies for people development, subsequently transforming the HumHow an Resource department from Cost Center to Strategic & Revenue Center.
