- Communication skills: covering active listening, effective questioning, acknowledging each other, sharing both thoughts and feelings, and assertive communication.
- Emotional intelligence: which entails self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills.
- Balanced feedback: techniques to give and receive feedback that’s timely, specific and balanced.
- Conflict resolution: identifying the source of conflict, managing emotions during conflict, and strategies for resolving conflict.
