HRD Corp is responsible for driving Malaysia’s talent development aspirations through the collection of levy from employers and the funding of training and development programmes for the Malaysian workforce. Its aim is to encourage employee training and skill enhancement for the Malaysian workforce.

This 5-day program, regulated by the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC), empowers individuals with essential trainer skills. Upon completion of certification, courses conducted by trainer is eligible for HRDC claimable Training Funds contributed by corporates.

You will acquire the fundamental skills to be an effective trainer, covering 5 Modules over 5 Days.

  3. Design Competency Based Training Programme
  4. Conduct Competency Based Training Programme
  5. Assess Participant’s Competency
  • First step to becoming a HRD Corp Accredited Trainer.
  • Equip yourself with the skills and techniques to deliver effective training.
  • Expand your network with like minded individuals from different industries.
  • For veteran trainers, this is a good opportunity to refresh your knowledge and identify blind spots.
  • There are no specific requirements to join TTT.
  • All adults, including foreigners and individuals not employed under a company, may join.

HRD Corp requires its official TTT Certification Course to be delivered over five (5) days. Programmes with a shorter duration or different fee structure are usually non-HRD Corp TTT courses offered by other bodies.

TTT participants will be assessed on the following:

Knowledge Based Assessment (KBA) – computer test
Skills Assessment – individual presentation
Attitude Assessment – observed throughout the 5 days

All participants who pass the program will be certified by HRD Corp and receive access to their digital certificate after the TTT program. This process will usually take 1-2 weeks.

Payment and registration should be completed at least 1 week before the scheduled training date.

TTT Program fees are fixed and regulated by HRD Corp. We are not allowed to change the pricing or offer any discounts, including the pricing for in-house training.

  • Payment via Levy Deduction is available for HRD Corp Registered Employers under the SMETAP scheme.
  • Employers do not need to apply for grant, as levy deduction is automatic upon successful registration on the official registration page.
